Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a $5.95 flat rate, and orders over $75 ship free.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every STROHIA item is made to order — it is printed and produced only after you place your order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, then 5–10 business days for delivery after production.

How do the set discounts work?

When you add both items of a qualifying set to your cart, $9.99 comes off automatically at checkout — no code needed. Our sets are the CORE Luxe Set (Luxe Bra + Luxe Leggings) and the FLARE Set (Motion Padded Sports Bra + FLARE High-Waisted Leggings).

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind at this time.

How do STROHIA sizes run?

Most STROHIA styles run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for all-day comfort. Every product page has its own Size & Fit chart, and our full Size Guide page lists measurements for every style.

How do I care for my STROHIA items?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry on low heat, and do not iron directly on prints. Each product page also carries its own care instructions.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Because items are made to order, tracking appears after the production stage, not immediately at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo at checkout. Shop Pay installments are also available in the cart — your order can be split into 4 interest-free installments.

Are your products in stock?

STROHIA items are made to order rather than held in a warehouse, so there is no shelf stock to sell out. If a style and size are listed on the site, it can be produced for you.
