STROHIA began with a new chapter.
After moving from South Africa to the United States, our family found ourselves building a new life in Columbus, Ohio. New country. New opportunities. New ideas.
One of those ideas became STROHIA.
Created with Mikayla and inspired by her energy, creativity and individual style, STROHIA is built around a simple belief: movement is personal.
It can be training. Creating. Exploring. Starting over. Trying something new. Or simply becoming more of who you want to be.

We create activewear that brings together movement, style and personality — pieces designed to feel just as natural in everyday life as they do when you're active.
But STROHIA isn't interested in taking itself too seriously.
